Outcome Based Education (OBE) is not only a strategy rather it is a paradigm shift. The shift is not only in teaching methodology but in curriculum, and assessment as well. As we are in the process of shifting the existing system to OBE thus, we do need more inputs from its experts to understand its philosophy, development of educational objectives, learning outcomes and whole mechanism to facilitate learners to attain the defined outcomes at various stages.
