The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL), UMT was honored to host a distinguished Leadership Development Session on “Virtuous Leadership” by Lt. Gen. (R) Arshad Mahmood, Former Vice Chancellor, University of the Punjab, held on 7th January 2026. The session offered valuable perspectives on values-based leadership, integrity, service, and ethical decision-making, encouraging thoughtful reflection on leading within complex academic and institutional environments. It was a highly enriching experience for our academic leadership, reaffirming the importance of character and ethics in effective leadership.
