The Center of Teaching and Language (CTL), UMT, organized UMT Leadership Program on August 8, 2018 at the campus. The session was chaired by Dr. Hasan Sohaib Murad, Chairman, ILM Trust, and Dr. Mohammad Nizamuddin, Chairperson, Punjab Higher Education Commission. This leadership program brought together an elite group of higher education academic leaders. The panel discussion shared best practices and exchanged ideas with peers and colleagues across Pakistan. It also presented new strategies for creating environments to foster growth and innovation. The panelists in the session emphasized upon the significance of leadership in creating a link between academia and the advancements taking place in the field of higher education. The session also highlighted the best practices that can help in creating a conducive environment for the learners, and how innovative practices and good leadership can enhance or shape up the future of higher education in Pakistan.
