An insightful and engaging consultation session on “Introducing the Teachings of Allama Muhammad Iqbal to Youth” was successfully held on March 13, 2026, in collaboration with Sitara-o-Hilal Foundation and the University of Management and Technology, with the dedicated support of the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL).
We were honored to host renowned scholar Mian Iqbal Salahuddin, President of Dabistan-e-Iqbal, who shared profound reflections on the enduring relevance of Iqbal’s philosophy in shaping the intellectual and moral compass of today’s youth.
The session was thoughtfully moderated by Prof Dr Asghar Zaidi. (Provost UMT), whose academic insights enriched the discussion and encouraged meaningful dialogue.
A truly inspiring gathering focused on reviving thought, purpose, and direction among the younger generation.
The session was made possible through the dedicated efforts of Ms. Sadaf Zubair in arranging the session, coordinating with the speaker, and engaging CTL, while Dean CTL Dr Hamid Raza Raza and Deputy Manager CTL Malahat Siddiqui worked collaboratively to ensure seamless execution, supported by dedicated oversight of operations and management, with strong coordination from the Senior Officer Coordination CTL Suman Shahzad, alongside commendable hosting by Safia Iqbal Wattoo throughout the event.
