Phase 3 – FDP 2025 | Group C | Day 1

The opening of Phase 3 of FDP 2025 with Group C commenced with a warm welcome, followed by two insightful and engaging sessions that set a strong foundation for the days ahead.
The first session, led by Mr. Sohail Ejaz, inspired participants to embrace challenges with confidence, develop resilience, and foster purposeful growth — empowering educators to approach both academic and personal demands with renewed strength.
The second session with Dr. Ayesha Puri offered a reflective journey that encouraged participants to pause, look inward, and re-examine their professional practices. Through thought-provoking insights, the session emphasized the value of introspection and self-awareness as powerful tools for continuous growth and transformative teaching.
Together, these sessions created a powerful synergy of resilience and reflection — equipping participants with perspectives that extend beyond the classroom and into their broader professional journeys.
