The New Faculty Orientation, held on February 25-26, 2025, was a great success! Organized by the Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL), the two-day event provided new faculty members with essential knowledge and hands-on experience to support their transition into the university.
The orientation covered university policies, faculty expectations, and best practices for effective teaching. Participants engaged in interactive discussions, explored available faculty resources, and connected with peers and leadership. A key part of the event was the hands-on training session, where faculty members practiced using the university’s LMS, ERP, and CRM systems to streamline their academic responsibilities.
We extend our gratitude to all participants and contributors who made this event a success. We look forward to supporting our new faculty members on their academic journey!
