As a result of the pandemic context, Higher Education turned to online delivery systems. Although this seems to be an ideal solution some concerns have been raised regarding effective learning experiences and the possibility to have them online. Questions have been raised regarding interaction, active learning, and higher-order thinking in online learning.
This workshop focuses on biases surrounding online education and guides participants through learning experiences that defy those biases. The focus is on creating a “live to tell” experience for teachers in order to help them realize the firsthand potential of online learning.
