With great energy, purpose, and collaboration, we successfully wrapped up Day 5, marking the conclusion of Phase 1 of the Faculty Development Program (FDP 2025) at UMT Sialkot Campus.
Over the past five days, our faculty engaged in a transformative learning journey guided by expert trainers, aimed at enhancing teaching practices, advancing research capabilities, and strengthening academic leadership. The sessions fostered meaningful dialogue, innovation, and professional growth — laying the groundwork for a stronger, future-ready academic community.
Heartfelt appreciation to the incredible management team at UMT Sialkot Campus, whose tireless support, excellent coordination, and warm hospitality made this entire program run seamlessly and successfully.
