Day 3 of Phase 3 – FDP 2025 with Group C unfolded with two thought-provoking sessions that enriched participants’ perspectives on teaching and leadership.
Dr. Nadia Anwar opened the day with an inspiring session that encouraged educators to move beyond traditional methods and explore creative, experience-driven approaches. Her insights emphasized the power of engagement, meaningful communication, and innovation in creating transformative learning experiences.
Dr. Abdul Rashid Kausar followed with a session highlighting the vital connection between leadership and learning. Participants were invited to reflect on how purposeful leadership can empower, guide, and elevate both educators and students, fostering environments where growth and innovation thrive.
Together, the sessions created a powerful blend of creativity and leadership — reminding us that impactful education lies in the synergy of inspiration, reflection, and vision.
